Job Description

We are looking for an experienced React Developer to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for building the user-facing side of our flagship product. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers and backend engineers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern state management tools.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
